Policies & Procedures
All guardians and children must comply with the following policies and procedures while in the playground
Our mission is to provide a SAFE, CLEAN and FUN environment for children. Please help us with this by complying with the following:
Children walkers to 7 years are permitted in the play area with the playground supervisors and must have paid admission to enter.
No shoes permitted in the play area. Socks are required for everyone and must be worn at all times. Socks are available for purchase at the service counter.
No food or drinks permitted in the play area. All food and drinks must stay in the cafe area.
Sanitize hands before entering the play area and after each restroom visit.
No running or rough play. Warnings will be given; however if the behavior continues, supervisors will notify parents and the child may have to take a time out and/or be asked to leave the playground.
Please do not bring sick children in the play area. Children with contagious illnesses of any kind including fevers, rashes or infections are not permitted.
The playground supervisors do NOT change diapers, take children to the restroom or feed children. Parents will be notified to address any of these matters.
